Dry material is an unshaped refractory material formed by vibration without adding water or bulk binder. Under the action of vibration, the material can form a dense and uniform whole. When heating, the thermosetting binder can be considered as a ceramic sintering agent. The dry material is composed of refractory aggregate, powder, sintering agent and admixture.
In order to further improve the service life of tundish working lining and permanent lining refractory materials, improve the quality of molten steel, and meet the requirements of environmental protection, we have developed an environment-friendly tundish dry material, which is characterized by strong slag erosion resistance, no irritating gas generated during baking, and is conducive to environmental protection. The molten steel does not add carbon or chlorine during use, and can clean the molten copper. This material has been used in many steel plants, with remarkable results.
